We've worked with Maya and Nina throughout the process and it's been by far and away the most simple transaction I've completed. They made time for our; viewing, second viewing and a final trip for measuring up. Always on time and really pleasant. The right to rent checks and deposit were done quickly and professionally with no hiccups along the way. And their follow up since moving in has been superb.

Stuart marketed it well, responded promptly to queries and kept us informed. A huge thank you to Alasdair and Hiten for their work getting our sale/purchase over the line. They were excellent throughout, from quickly and efficiently marketing our property and negotiating an offer, to liaising with the respective parties, solicitors and agents to ensure all issues and matters were managed and dealt with, as well as providing regular updates and keeping us informed. A wonderfully dramatic ending thanks to the solicitors but we are very happy in our new home and glad to have made the move. On a personal note, it was a pleasure working with them – I can’t say I’ve had positive experiences with estate/letting agents before and as an accountant I know what it’s like to work in a profession that doesn’t always have a good reputation – but they were open, friendly and calm, and demonstrated their experience and knowledge throughout the process. I would certainly recommend them to others.

When we saw the place in Highbury, we knew it was the one and wanted to move quick. Hotblack Desiato and Gino made this possible. Gino was transparent and helpful during the entire process. He made sure we had an answer to every question (of which we had many!) and replied very quickly. He even gave us a mini tour of the local area before the inventory check. Most importantly, it was a very seamless move, much better than past experiences with estate agents. 10/10 would recommend.

Gino recently helped me to secure a tenancy is a lovely, one bedroom property in Highbury. Gino is an excellent communicator and he provided regular updates throughout the process. He was also available to talk about the terms of the tenancy and provided useful feedback on where common understanding could be reached.
