We calculate how much your property is worth by using, up-to-date market data, local property knowledge and property specific features such as square footage, number of bedrooms and property type. Who carries out the property valuation?

I have limited free time; can I book a property valuation in the evening or at a weekend?
Yes, when you book with us you can specify a time that is best for you – we can arrange valuation appointments for evenings or weekends. If we are unavailable on your chosen day/time, we will work with you to find an alternative.
What can I expect on the day of my valuation?
A member of our team will arrive at your property on the agreed day and time. They will carry out a few assessments of your property, looking at the properties location, size and condition along with potential improvements that could increase its value.
After this, they will talk you through any recent sales or lettings in the area of similar properties to give you an idea of the potential price range. They will then combine their physical assessment with local market data to provide you with a valuation figure, in the form of a price bracket.
Once they have done this, they will discuss the break down of this figure and anything that could help to increase it, such as property improvements. They will also walk you through our sales or lettings services, to give you an idea of how we could help you sell or let your property.
