We bought the flat in 2001 and lived there until 2009. Both our children were born while we lived at Quebec Wharf. Located on Kingsland Road and on the canal made the flat ideal for getting into The City and central London, with the recently opened tube opposite getting around is now even easier. It is one of the quietest flats we ever lived in in London, being on Kingsland Basin to the rear and separated from Kingsland Road to the front of the development by the other half of Quebec Wharf and Sarah Place plus a large courtyard. The other residents are all friendly and take pride in the development. We are collectively about to complete on the freehold purchase. We now live in Portugal. Everything that’s going on has made returning to the UK difficult which is why we have decided to sell, otherwise we would keep the flat for the future.
