Redevelopment in Hoxton has resulted in a boom in the property market with options to buy or rent high-quality contemporary and modern accommodation.

Hoxton is home to some excellent examples of period Victorian and Georgian terraced townhouses. Many of these have been converted into 2 and 3-bedroom flats. In general, converted townhouses offer greater value than in Islington, but it is rapidly catching up.

The lack of available land means that there are no large, multi-storey apartments being developed. However, much redevelopment is going on to convert warehouses into spacious apartments.

Hoxton is also close by Regent’s Canal which connects to Victoria Park in Hackney to the East and and to Islington, Camden Town, Primrose Hill, Regent’s Park and beyond, to the West.
