Smell Gas? If you detect a smell of gas or a gas related emergency – call National Grid on 0800 111 999
Power Loss? If you experience a power loss, before calling, you must first check with UK Power Networks 0800 3163 105 to ensure there is no power cut in your area.
Forced Entry? In the event of a forced break into your property you must report the incident to the Police by dialling 999, obtain a crime reference number, and advise us at the earliest opportunity.
Out of Hours? For emergencies, please call 07388 328508. The line is strictly for emergencies only

Important! If the problem is not deemed to be an emergency, then our team may refuse to instruct a contractor to avoid you incurring a call out charge.

You are not entitled to contact a contractor directly to deal with routine maintenance. You must go through the above Fixflo link. You will be responsible for the cost of any contractor called out without prior consent from Hotblack Desiato.

If you have lost or mislaid your keys you will be responsible for the full cost of calling a locksmith to your property including replacing any keys (including main street door keys if necessary). The locksmith may require you to meet this cost in advance. Please contact Mikey Locks, a locksmith who we use on a regular basis – 07951 165 665.
