You are not entitled to contact a contractor directly to deal with routine maintenance. You must go through the above Fixflo link. You will be responsible for the cost of any contractor called out without prior consent from Hotblack Desiato.

If you have lost or mislaid your keys you will be responsible for the full cost of calling a locksmith to your property including replacing any keys (including main street door keys if necessary).
